My belief in yoga as a healing system for mind and body- a way of life- began in earnest whilst completing my Teacher Training with the Yoga and Meditation School of India. Before this, I regarded my practise, primarily as a means of physical conditioning.

Gaining an understanding of the origins of this ancient practice and its inherent spirituality made me realise that 'doing yoga' means so much more and the more accurate phrase should be, 'living yoga'. This is where 'satya', Sanskrit: सत्य meaning 'truth' or 'essence' changes the narrative.

Two years ago, I completed additional teacher training with Clare Lovelace at Soul Tribe Studio in Batemans Bay. Learning from Clare has further deepened and enriched my practice whilst supporting me in establishing myself within the wonderful yoga community on the New South Wales South Coast. This very special group of people live yoga everyday on and off the mat. I am currently studying with Rachel Nokes, (Ray of Light Yoga).

Living yoga means moving through the world being true to ourselves, true to others and true to our wider communities.

Free from commodification and artifice, join me for yoga in a traditional, true and pure form.

Through regular practice, discover your truth within.
